A Fresh Start on the Overtime
Well, here it is...0520 hours on a Friday morning. It is my day off. In a few hours I will be getting ready for bed-for tonight I work OVERTIME! It's been a while since I worked OT due to problems discussed in my earlier posts. Anyhoo, I already have plans for the extra pay-putting it towards my retirement, which will be near the end of this year (I hope!).
Believe it or not, I actually talked with Robert W. yesterday! He's been causing stress in me and makes my heart subject to palpitations, etc. It turns out he wasn't quite as bad as I thought. I can tell he hasn't much of an education, is like a bull in a China shop, but he seems to mean well. I still must stay out of his way though, otherwise I may have a heart attack. I don't have my stress levels under control yet.
Speaking of stress, I found a great book on astral projection and it contains good exercises for relaxation. The book is "Mastering Astral Projection," available at amazon.com.
I just started reading another book, recommended by my doctor, "Full Catastrophe Living." It promises to be a good read for stress reduction, too.
Hmm...let's see-what do I gotta' do now? Oh yea! Wash the dishes, read some of that new book, do my astral projection exercises, shower and get to bed so I can go to work tonight on OT.

Q. What's dummer than a dumb supervisor?
A. A smart manager!
